Zurich North America named to 2 of Seramount’s 2022 100 Best Companies Lists

Seramount recognizes Zurich’s commitment to inclusive, family-friendly benefits with designations on the 100 Best Companies and 2022 Best Companies for Dads lists.

Zurich North America was once again recognized as a standard-setter in its approach to supporting families with robust and inclusive benefits.

Companies included on Seramount’s 2022 100 Best Companies and 2022 Best Companies for Dads lists were selected for their benefits related to paid gender-neutral parental leave, phase-back programs from family leave, bereavement leave after miscarriage, reimbursement for fertility expenses and increased mental health benefits for employees.

Zurich North America benefits in those areas include:

  • 12 weeks of 100% paid family leave for parents welcoming a child to their family via birth, adoption or fostering
  • Two weeks of paid leave for employees caring for a family member with a serious health condition
  • Coverage for fertility treatments of up to $25,000 per person, medical lifetime, and $10,000 per person, pharmacy lifetime
  • Up to five paid business days, consecutively or incrementally, for bereavement after a miscarriage
  • Subsidies for backup childcare, childcare discounts and access to an online caregiver database
  • Up to eight free confidential therapy sessions per year for benefits-eligible employees and their covered dependents
  • Mental Health First Aid training for employees who want to be able to help connect colleagues, family members and friends to appropriate resources in the event of a mental health crisis
